El instrumento virtual incluye tres tipos de saxofón en formato NKI: saxofón alto, tenor y soprano. The saxophone library we’re featuring is a collaboration with one of the world’s foremost saxophonists, Kenny G. We’ve worked hard to capture the essence and unmistakable timbre of his saxophone, and now we’re putting this virtual tool in your hands. This library offers the closest sound to Kenny G’s saxophone you can find, and was recorded using the same setup he uses in his live performances.
The virtual instrument includes three types of saxophone in NKI format: alto, tenor, and soprano saxophone. Each of these instruments was recorded using a Selmer Mark VI alto saxophone with a Beechler Diamond S5S metal mouthpiece and Hemke #2 1/2 reeds, ensuring timbre authenticity. This library has been created and configured by musicians working with both MIDI keyboard and wind controllers, allowing you to play the virtual saxophone with a high level of realism, just as if you were playing a real Selmer Mark VI.
